On the ground floor, which also has direct access to the garden, there is a large common room (playroom) with a full pool table, a ping pong table, two more single beds, a sofa, a work desk, two chests of drawers, a bathroom with a shower, a storage room with a washing machine, and a second refrigerator. The living area has five air conditioning units, one for each bedroom and one in the living room. The garden, spread over three levels, has many trees and aromatic plants with plenty of play space for children. Enjoying your morning coffee there or having dessert in the evening offers a wonderful and relaxing view of the sea and the bay below. The neighboring plot also has many trees and is available for guests to enjoy.

Guests have access to the entire 1-acre plot and the neighboring plot, including the multi-level garden, terraces, parking area, barbecue, as well as everything else within the property, which is exclusively yours to enjoy. There is free parking space for three cars outside the house, and there is also room for three more cars inside the property's garage. It is easy to carry luggage and bags in and out of the house, as all parking spots are within 8 meters of the front door and the kitchen door, with no stairs in the way.
